Can I choose what size ring I get in my candle?

To change an order, you must contact our Customer Support team by clicking surprise candles the link at the top of this page. To help speed things along, write in from the email address that made the order. When you help with your request, include your order number.

Please be aware that we receive multiple requests a day, so you should only expect to hear back if we can work with you at this time. For planning your event, we welcome the application but know that because of the sheer volume of requests we receive, you should contact us at least several months before your event. Please give us a month to respond to your inquiry. If you have not received a response within one month, then you can assume that at this time, we are unable to work with you to support your charity event.
